72% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Franc & 4% Malbec
This wine really needs some time to open up… try 20 minutes before first sip. Merlot is not among our favorite grapes, but there is something to appreciate in this dry wine.
Leather, tobacco, and hints of currant yield something of a bitter, yet fruity, taste. It is heavy and dehydrating (you’ll want to reach for some water in between sips), but you will be satisfied.
